Job Description

As a Sr Relationship Manager at Xerago Securities, your primary focus will be on growing and managing Assets Under Advisory (AUA) by building trusted, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. You will be responsible for client acquisition, portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and business development — with a clear target of acquiring 20 clients with an AUA of ₹40 Crs within the first 12 months.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Transfer the existing AUA of clients managed by the candidate
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors
  • Provide personalized financial advice and investment strategies tailored to clients' goals and risk tolerance
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments with clients
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set review targets and plan of action to acquire AUA and clients
  • Lead business development efforts to attract new clients and expand the firm's market presence
  • Monitor market trends and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions
  • Ensure adherence to the firm's investment policies and risk management guidelines
  • Ensure the firm's practices comply with SEBI regulations and other relevant legal requirements
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to manage and mitigate risks effectively
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the firm's client base and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients
  • Network extensively within the industry to build relationships and attract new clients
  • Create and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote the firm's services
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to increase visibility and brand recognition
  • Mandatory Certification Required:NISM Series XV & X – A&B

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or financial advisory
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow high-value client relationships
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and SEBI regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding AUA and client acquisition targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior executives and HNI clients
  • Mandatory: NISM Series XV & X – A&B certification
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expectations

  • Develop a detailed Business Development Plan within the first 30 days
  • Acquire 20 clients with an AUA of ₹40 Crs in the first 12 months
  • Add a minimum of 3 clients per month with an average AUA of ₹1.5 Crs
  • Identify client outreach programs and prepare budgets for the same
  • Prepare documentation detailing periodic Client Engagement activities
  • Help the Tech Team customize the CRM (HubSpot) for better management of client relationships
