Job Description
As Sr Manager / Head of Finance & Legal at Xerago, you will lead the financial strategy of a fast-growing, tech-forward organization at the intersection of marketing, AI, and digital transformation. This role goes well beyond managing numbers — you will shape financial governance, drive strategic investments, ensure compliance, and serve as a critical partner to leadership in building a scalable, future-ready financial infrastructure.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead the overall financial strategy aligned with business expansion and profitability goals
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all departments
- Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, taxation, and statutory adherence
- Oversee accounting operations, audits, MIS reporting, and cash flow management
- Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, new business opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives
- Establish financial controls, risk management frameworks, and internal audit systems
- Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and working capital strategies
- Provide data-backed insights to drive smarter, AI-enabled decision-making across the organization
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification — mandatory
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and strategic financial leadership
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in a marketing, technology, consulting, or digital services environment is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate structuring, contracts, and financial risk mitigation
- Proven experience leading finance teams and working in close collaboration with founders or senior leadership
