Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive / Coordinator will support day-to-day digital marketing operations with a strong focus on SEO, website performance, web analytics, and data-driven campaign execution. This role involves creating and optimizing digital content, managing website updates, tracking marketing performance, and supporting client engagement initiatives through measurable and insight-led marketing activities.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Support end-to-end SEO requirement gathering, audits, and optimization tasks
  • Prepare documentation for SEO enhancements
  • Work closely with SEO specialists, content, and dev teams to drive execution
  • Maintain trackers for all tasks performed and stay aligned with current marketing trends to deliver client value
  • Interact with clients across departments — Marketing, Web, and Data — to align with their objectives and ensure end-to-end SEO enhancements are delivered
  • Support end-to-end analytics implementation for Pre & Post login and Mobile App — including requirement gathering, tagging enhancement planning based on sprints and release schedules
  • Prepare documentation and trackers for all analytics tasks
  • Work closely with analytics, business, and dev teams for implementation
  • Stay current with analytics trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
  • Serve as the front face of Xerago — ensuring quality in requirement gathering and all client deliverables

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, or Campaign Execution
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Hands-on experience in client coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with marketing automation tools is an advantage
