Job Description

We are looking for an AI Technical Product Analyst who sits at the intersection of business thinking, technical depth, and AI-driven product development. This role focuses on deeply analyzing product ideas from leadership, converting them into clear, build-ready Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Technical Architecture Documents (TADs), and ensuring that even junior developers can execute them confidently. This role is research-heavy, thinking-intensive, and requires strong curiosity, structured reasoning, and comfort working with AI-assisted workflows.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Analyze product ideas, concept notes, and documents shared by leadership (CEO, COO) from both business and technical perspectives
Critically review and constructively challenge product ideas, assumptions, workflows, and feasibility
Iterate with stakeholders to refine ideas into market-ready product concepts
Create clear and well-structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) using AI-assisted tools
Design Technical Architecture Documents (TADs) that clearly explain system logic, workflows, integrations, and constraints
Build detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and granular task-level implementation plans
Ensure PRDs, TADs, and WBS are structured so that junior developers can easily understand and build from them
Generate UX wireframes and user flows using AI tools based on PRD requirements
Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and align requirements
Support post-build phases by creating product support portal content including implementation guides, security and compliance documentation, and audit and governance-related content
Contribute to product websites, brochures, and marketing collateral by translating technical capabilities into clear business value
Continuously research emerging technologies, AI capabilities, tools, and market trends relevant to product development

Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in product, technology, or AI-related roles
Strong understanding of product thinking, problem framing, and requirement structuring
Familiarity with PRDs, TADs, and software architecture concepts
Working knowledge of Git and version control, Python, AI/ML libraries, models and frameworks
Familiarity with the BMad Method framework for PRD and TAD generation
Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Foundational knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
Familiarity with Cursor / AntiGravity IDEs, ChatGPT, and Claude AI
Experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, and design with clear prompting skills
Ability to read, understand, and critique technical and product documents
Clear written communication skills with strong attention to detail, structure, and the ability to convey ideas to both developers and business stakeholders
Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields preferred (BTech / MTech / MBA in Product with technical background / Master's in Data Science or Computer Science) — but not mandatory if skills are demonstrated
