Introducing Xerago TrueMeasure: Digital Measurement Assurance for the Data Behind Every Decision

A companion solution that audits, monitors, and self-heals tracking gaps alongside tools like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Analytics already in place.

CHENNAI, India, Aug. 5, 2026

Enterprise teams have spent the last decade investing in better analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting. What they haven't invested in is checking whether the data feeding those tools is actually correct.

Tags break silently when a page updates. Events fire twice, or not at all. Interactions go untracked for weeks before anyone notices a number looks off.

By then, the budget has already been allocated, campaigns scaled, and decisions made, all on data nobody verified.

Today, that changes.

We've built Xerago TrueMeasure, a Digital Measurement Assurance product, to close that gap.

It works alongside the tools a company already has: tag managers like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and more, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Rather than replacing any part of that stack, it checks whether what a team thinks is being measured, what is actually being measured, and what should be measured all agree.

Companies spend millions on enterprise analytics tools to measure their customer behavior on digital. Very few have invested in checking whether that data was worth analyzing in the first place. Every RFP I've worked on asks about dashboards, integrations, and reporting depth. Almost none of them ask whether the numbers going into those dashboards are actually correct. That gap sits in what companies think to ask for, long before it ever reaches the tools themselves. Xerago TrueMeasure exists to close it.

Every Tracking Gap Falls Into One of Three Categories

Every tracking gap falls into one of three categories

Not every measurement problem looks the same, and each requires a different fix.

  • Dark Data is an interaction that was never tagged or recorded at all. A new field gets added to a form during a UI update, nobody remembers to tag it, and it stays invisible to analytics from that point forward.
  • Mistracked Data is an event firing incorrectly. An "add to cart" event fires once on click and again when the AJAX call completes, so every add-to-cart looks like two, and conversion numbers quietly inflate.
  • Unutilized Data is a signal that's being captured but never used. Scroll-depth tracking gets set up early in a project, nobody builds it into a report, and the data sits there indefinitely, unread.

Xerago TrueMeasure's audits typically find gaps like these across 15 to 30 percent of measured events on a given property, and every audit conducted to date has surfaced at least one critical gap, usually within 48 hours.

Three Tiers: Audit, Monitor, and Fix

Clarity is a one-time audit. It scans a digital property end to end and returns a report of every tracking gap found, ranked by business impact, typically within 48 hours.

Control is continuous monitoring. Once a baseline is established, it watches for drift around the clock and flags issues the moment a UI change, campaign, or A/B test breaks something.

Conquer runs on the Auto-Heal Engine. It goes a step further than detection: it recommends the fix, applies it directly into the tag manager with approval, and validates that it worked post-deployment.

The three build on each other. Most teams start with Clarity, move to Control once a baseline is established, and add Conquer when they're ready to stop fixing issues by hand.

By the Numbers:

Xerago TrueMeasure's audits typically find gaps across 15-30% of measured events and surface at least one critical gap in every audit run to date. In one case, closing a single untagged field recovered 33% of lost applications for a global banking client.
